Paul is an experienced sales manager within the medical device sector. He has experience preparing and scaling up business for products and innovations within the UK and Northern Irish markets. He previously spent seven years at Smith & Nephew as Area Manager (Arthroscopy), Product Manager of Rehabilitation and then Business Unit Manager (orthopaedic products), where he prepared and implemented marketing and sales plans, and developed relationships with orthopaedic KOL’s and national governing bodies.

Prior to joining our team, Paul was a member of the European Leadership team and responsible for the UK launch and business development of Actisound Ltd, where he was in charge of market access, clinical data collection and building the foundations with key opinion leaders for future growth and market launch.

Paul received his MBA from the Durham University Business School in the UK, and has a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacology from the University of Sunderland, UK. Paul is a native English speaker.
